Private Lessons offer a customized experience for those that may not be able to attend group classes. Essential Oils, Sound Baths with singing Tibetan bowls, Hands on adjustments, custom music to set the mood, temperature controlled and sanitary environment. Blocks, Boulders, mats and surrounding area is cleaned between uses. Face masks are required.
